- Identificación y cuantificación relativa y absoluta de cualquier proteoma, sets de proteínas y de modificaciones post-translacionales (fosforilación, acetilación, glicosilación,etc.).
- Estudios de protein networks e interactomas proteicos.
- Experta en experimental design de proyectos de alta complejidad, preparación de cualquier proteoma para el posterior análisis mediante espectrometría de masas, en metodologías de cuantificación, en procesos de enriquecimiento proteico o de modificaciones post-translacionales, en métodos de data acquisition con el espectrómetro de masas, en análisis estadístico y análisis bioinformático.
- Identificación y cuantificación relativa y absoluta de metabolomas globales.
