The researcher obtained the official postgraduate master in geophysics and meteorology with the rate of excellent in the period 2009-2010. The candidate defended his PhD dissertation in 2013 with a rating of “cum laude” in addition to obtaining international Mention degree of Doctor. In terms of mobility, Antonio Valenzuela has made an international three-month stay at a top level in atmospheric aerosol research (Institute of Experimental Physics, University of Vienna, Austria). Regarding to the research activity, the candidate has published 18 articles which are indexed in the JCR database. Note that 12 of these publications are on the top quartile of their knowledge area. The candidate index h is 6. Antonio Valenzuela also participated in the publication of seven book chapters. From the point of view of teaching, the researcher has taught university courses in three university subject; Physics advanced (Architect), Meteorology and Climatology (Licenciature of Environmental Science) and Energetic Management and Renewable Energies (Degree in Environmental Science). He also teached seminars within two university official master (Master in Geophysics and Meteorology and Environmental Hydraulics official master). As experience in organizing R & D, he has been involved as an organizer in one international conference (EAC, 2012). Currently, I¿m working in the Radiation field and focused in the aerosol topic and I¿m very interested to expand my knowledge in the implementation of protocols and operational processors related with radiation and aerosol.
