MÁSTER UNIVERSITARIO EN PROFESORADO DE ENSEÑANZA SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA Y BACHILLERATO, FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL Y ENSEÑANZAS DE IDIOMAS (CAMPUS DE MELILLA)

Current research interests: Cross-sectional and longitudinal quantitative studies in mathematics education, secondary education, Mathematics teaching-learning, active methodologies, ICT in education, and technological factors associated with school failure. Now I¿m working on a Cross-sectional quantitative study of the effect of technology on academic performance and school failure of high school Mathematics students. It also analyzes socioeconomic, family, and educational environment factors.

HOSSEIN HOSSEIN-MOHAND received the degree in Physics from the National Distance Education University (UNED), Madrid, and the master¿s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from the University Francisco de Vitoria, Madrid. He has he has more than 16 years of experience as a Teacher in different Secondary Education Centers. He is currently a Full Professor with the Mathematics Didactics Department , University of Granada and a full Professor-Tutor with the department of Applied Mathematics, UNED since 2008. He received the Ph.D. degree with the doctoral thesis of Education Sciences Programme in the Department of Pedagogy, Autonomous University of Madrid. He has actively research lines related to technology and teaching in Mathematics. He is specialized in language learning and distance teaching.
